On this page, you’ll find easy-to-follow guides on updating your account details. This includes how to change your username, how to upload or delete your profile photo, how to change your password, and the correct way to log out when you’re finished. Use this page as your go-to guide for managing your user profile.
Change your username
To amend your account’s first or last name, select your profile located in the top-right corner of your screen. This action will prompt a dropdown menu to appear.

You can then click on your first or last name, depending on which you’d like to adjust. Type in your new name and confirm the change by clicking the tick under each field.

Upload a profile photo
If you’re inclined to personalise your profile with a photo, start by selecting your profile, located in the top-right corner of your screen. This action prompts a dropdown menu to appear.

Next, click on your current profile photo, which is currently displaying your username’s initials. This will initiate a file upload window.

Within this window, you have two options for uploading your chosen image. Either drag your new profile photo into the designated box or click to browse your files and select the desired image.

Once selected, the image will upload.

Finally, press “Upload” to set the image (make sure that it’s .png, .jpeg, .jpg or .gif).

Remove a profile photo
If you’re contemplating the removal of your current profile photo, begin by selecting your profile, located in the top-right corner of your screen. This action will cause a dropdown menu to appear.

Then, hover your cursor over your profile photo. Upon doing this, you’ll observe a bin icon appear. Simply click on it to initiate the removal process.

A prompt requesting confirmation of this action will then appear. To finalise the removal of your profile photo, press ‘Confirm’. This ensures your photo will be removed, and your profile image will revert to the default display of your username’s initials.

Change your password
Should you wish to modify your password, initiate the process by selecting your profile located in the top-right corner of the screen.

From here, click on the option labelled “Change password”.

Subsequently, a password reset link will be dispatched to your registered email address. The email, titled “Set your password”, will originate from “no-reply@seedata.io“.

Within this email, you’ll find a “Set Password” button, or alternatively, a provided link. Click on either of these to proceed.

You’ll then be redirected to a page where you can enter your new password. After typing in your new password, be sure to confirm the change by clicking “Reset password”. This action finalises the process and your password will have been successfully updated.

Logout
If you wish to sign out of your account, the process is straightforward. Begin by clicking on your profile icon, located in the top-right corner of the screen. This action will cause a dropdown menu to appear.

In the dropdown menu, you will find an option labelled “Logout”. Simply click on this option, and you will be successfully signed out of your account, concluding your session.
