This page provides step-by-step instructions on managing your GSuite integrations. Learn how to set up a new GSuite integration, use it in Deployments, and if necessary, remove a GSuite integration. Consider this page your go-to resource for all GSuite integration-related tasks.

Create a GSuite integration

To set up a GSuite integration, begin by clicking ‘Settings’ on the left-hand navigation menu.

Within ‘Settings’, locate the ‘Integrations’ section and click on it.

Find “Google Drive” and click “Install”.

A prompt will appear, asking you to name the integration. Please provide a suitable name.

A new screen will appear. Here, click “Sign In”.

A pop-up window will ask you to select the relevant Google Drive account.

Next, you’ll be asked to verify the app. Follow the instructions to do so.

Click “Continue” in the next window that appears to grant the necessary permissions.

Finally, the integration will be installed, and you can confirm this under the “Integrations” tab.

Use a GSuite integration in Deployments

To utilize your GSuite integration in Deployments, navigate to the ‘Deployments’ tab on the left-hand side of your screen.

On this page, click the ‘Add New’ button to start setting up a new deployment.

A prompt will appear, asking for details about your new deployment. In the ‘Destination’ field, select your GSuite integration from the dropdown menu. This will set your GSuite environment as the deployment destination for your seeds. Also, choose whether you want to use a random folder or specific folders.

After providing all the necessary information, click ‘Save’ to finalize the setup of your new deployment. Your deployment will now be configured to use your GSuite integration.

Delete a GSuite integration

If you wish to delete a GSuite integration, start by going to the ‘Settings’ section on the left-hand navigation menu.

In ‘Settings’, go to the ‘Integrations’ subsection. This section displays a list of all your active integrations.

Find the GSuite integration you wish to delete. Under the integration details, you’ll find a dropdown menu. Click on this menu to view more options.

In the dropdown menu, select ‘Uninstall’ to initiate the removal of the GSuite integration.
